Terms of Service

Shreeki is a subscription-based personal assistant that operates primarily through WhatsApp. Features may include expense tracking, tasks, reminders, voice note transcription, Google Calendar sync, email sending, and invoice generation, depending on your plan.

We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

You must provide accurate information when signing up, including a valid WhatsApp number and email address for dashboard access. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Accounts are created by our team after subscription activation. You must not share your account with others or use Shreeki for unlawful purposes.

Shreeki is offered on monthly subscription plans. Pricing is displayed on our website and may change with notice. Payment is collected in cash on delivery within Lebanon unless otherwise agreed with our team.

Subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled. If payment is not received, your access may be suspended or terminated. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion for unused portions of a billing period.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for spam, harassment, fraud, or illegal activity
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload our systems
• Send content that violates WhatsApp's or Meta's policies
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Use the service to send unsolicited bulk messages through connected Gmail
• Exceed plan usage limits through automated abuse or circumvention

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without refund.

Shreekiuses the WhatsApp Business Platform. Your use of WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp's own terms and policies. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by WhatsApp or Meta beyond our use of their official business API.

If you connect Google Calendar or Gmail, you authorize Shreeki to perform actions you request — such as creating calendar events or sending emails after your confirmation. You can disconnect Google at any time from your dashboard.

Your use of Google services remains subject to Google's terms. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle Google user data.

Shreeki uses artificial intelligence to interpret messages and generate responses. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. You should verify important information — especially financial, legal, or medical matters — before relying on it.

Shreeki does not provide professional financial, legal, tax, or medical advice.

You retain ownership of messages and data you provide. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Shreeki, its branding, software, and dashboard are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our service except as expressly permitted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shreeki and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or USD $50, whichever is greater.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

You may stop using Shreeki at any time by requesting account closure via WhatsApp. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or extended inactivity, with or without notice where permitted by law.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ends. Provisions that by nature should survive (e.g. liability limits) will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Lebanon, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
