Privacy Policy

Account information. When you subscribe, we collect your name, WhatsApp phone number, email address (for dashboard login), language preference, timezone, and subscription details.

WhatsApp messages. We process text and voice messages you send to our WhatsApp business number to provide assistant features such as expense tracking, tasks, reminders, and invoicing. Voice notes may be transcribed using a third-party speech-to-text service.

Usage data. We store message counts, feature usage, and timestamps to enforce plan limits and improve the service.

Google account data (optional). If you connect Google from your dashboard, we request access only to the scopes needed for the features you use:

• Google Calendar (calendar.events) — to create calendar events you ask for via WhatsApp and to read upcoming events for your daily brief.
• Gmail send (gmail.send) — to send emails on your behalf when you explicitly request it and confirm before sending.
• Email address (userinfo.email) — to identify which Google account is connected to your Shreeki profile.

We use the information above to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Shreeki assistant and dashboard
• Respond to your WhatsApp messages and execute tasks you request
• Manage subscriptions, billing records, and customer support
• Sync with Google Calendar and send Gmail messages only when you ask us to
• Enforce usage limits according to your plan
• Improve reliability, security, and product quality

We do not sell your personal information.

Shreeki's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically regarding Google user data:

• We access Google Calendar and Gmail only to provide the features you request.
• We do not use Google data for advertising, creditworthiness, or unrelated profiling.
• We do not allow humans to read your Google data except when necessary for security, legal compliance, or with your consent.
• Google OAuth refresh tokens are stored encrypted in our database and are not shared with other users.
• You can disconnect Google at any time from your dashboard settings, which stops further API access.

To understand and respond to your messages, we send message content (and transcribed voice notes where applicable) to OpenAI's API. We do not use your messages to train public models. AI responses are generated to fulfill your requests only.

We rely on trusted providers to run Shreeki:

• Meta (WhatsApp Cloud API) — message delivery
• Supabase — authentication and database hosting
• OpenAI — AI responses and voice transcription
• Google — optional Calendar and Gmail integration
• Vercel — web dashboard hosting

These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms and our instructions.

We retain account and message history while your subscription is active so the assistant can maintain context and your dashboard stays up to date. If you cancel or request deletion, we will delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business records (e.g. payment logs).

Disconnecting Google removes our ability to access your Google account going forward; stored OAuth tokens are deleted.

We use industry-standard measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and encrypted storage for sensitive tokens. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we work to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may:

• Access and update profile settings in your dashboard
• Connect or disconnect Google Calendar and Gmail integration
• Request correction or deletion of your account data by contacting us
• Stop using the service by ceasing to message our WhatsApp number and requesting account closure

Shreeki is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us so we can delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
